- Anne A. Hagan, Esq., Canter Hagan LLP, San Mateo
Anne A. Hagan's family law practice focuses on mediation, acting as consulting counsel to parties in mediation, drafting pre-marital and post-marital agreements, and litigation. She has worked on hundreds of matters before private judges and the courts throughout the Bay Area handling, among other issues, high equity cases dealing with the division of stock options and venture capital. Ms. Hagan is a member of the Board of Directors of the San Mateo County Trial Lawyers Association, and she is a member of the Family Law sections of the California State Bar and SMCBA. She is an effective mediator and relies on her emotional intelligence, compassion, empathy, and litigation background to facilitate resolution. - Rand N. White, Esq., Dyer & White LLP, Palo Alto
Rand N. White, a graduate of Stanford University and Stanford Law School, has an active civil litigation, mediation, and arbitration practice. His areas of practice include real estate, professional negligence, products liability, employment, securities, trade secret, and corporate litigation. A past president of the San Mateo County Bar and Trial Lawyers Associations, he litigates and mediates cases in both state and federal courts, including complex civil litigation and class action claims. He is on the SMC and Santa Clara County Superior Courts' panels of ADR providers, and regularly provides C.E.B. seminars. - Lauren B. Zorfas, Esq., ADZ Law LLP, San Mateo
Hon. Lauren B. Zorfas (ret.), after graduating with honors from San Francisco Law School, began her career as an attorney in San Mateo, focusing on dissolution and legal separation of marriage and domestic partnerships, child custody, support, and visitation, domestic violence and related family law issues. She became the supervising attorney and family law facilitator with the SMC Superior Court, then a Court Commissioner, presiding over an array of cases, including general family law, criminal law, child support, and domestic violence. A founding partner of ADZ Law LLP, she leads ADZ Law's ADR practice as a private judge, mediator, settlement officer, arbitrator, and special master. - Jeffrey R. Jeffrey R. Windsor is an attorney and mediator who assists clients and attorneys in civil litigation and dispute resolution in business, contract, construction, and real estate disputes, insurance issues, personal injury, and employment matters. He is an ADR panel member, facilitator, and pro tem with the State Bar of California, D.P.R. of Hawaii, and Bay Area counties' superior courts and Bar Associations, including the San Mateo Cty. Superior Court.
