Jeffrey R. Windsor, Esq.
Jeffrey R. Windsor, Esq. is a civil litigation attorney and mediator. He established Windsor PLC in 2012 and has more than two decades of experience representing clients in complex legal matters.
Windsor PLC focuses on civil litigation and arbitration in business and real estate disputes.
Over the years, Windsor PLC has secured favorable verdicts, awards, and settlements on behalf of large corporations, government entities, small businesses, architects, contractors, and private individuals. The team at Windsor PLC has tried cases to jury and bench verdicts and consistently obtained favorable results.
As a mediator, Jeff Windsor will listen to your objectives and the nature of your dispute, and help you navigate the clearest path through it. He understands that litigation is often a war of attrition and will assist you in finding cost-effective resolution to your case.
Prior to establishing Windsor PLC, Jeff worked for select San Francisco Bay Area firms representing clients in construction defect and real estate defense, personal injury defense, and employment litigation.

Attorney and Mediator Jeffrey R. Windsor graduated from Santa Clara University School of Law in 2000. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy from the University of Michigan in 1994.
As a Certified Mediator, Jeff trained at the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine University School of Law and UC Law San Francisco.
